Problems with merch/bundle orders

  • Please contact The Puscifer Care Team with your full name, what you purchased, order reference number and email address used to purchase your merch/bundle, along with what you need assistance with.

I ordered stream merch, when can I expect to receive my shipment?

  • All stream exclusive merch items (t-shirt, hoodie, poster, leather jacket) are in pre-order status. If you ordered before March 26, products will ship at the beginning of May.  If you ordered after March 26, products will ship at the beginning of June.   

International Shipping Duties and Taxes

  • Orders shipping to destinations outside the United States might incur import fees and duties & taxes that are not reflected in our prices.  If duties and taxes are imposed on your order, they are due at the time of delivery.  Please consult your local customs office for more details about your country’s duties and taxes.
  • Per the terms of our return policy, please note that shipping arrangements and costs incurred to return items are the customer’s responsibility.
  • If you only purchased a virtual ticket, this does not apply to you.

We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. Please enter a physical address for shipping.

  • During this processing time, your online order is transmitted to our fulfillment center and processed for shipment as quickly as possible. Business days are defined as Monday through Friday. Shipping rates are calculated based on total weight and dimensions of the item(s) ordered and the zip/postal code of where the order is being shipped to.
